I've been working with Salesforce for over 5 years now, across all kinds of industries and org sizes. These days I'm at Neocol, where I help enterprise teams get the most out of the platform. Lots of automation, custom development, and lately a whole lot of AI stuff.

When Agentforce dropped, I got pretty obsessed with it. I've shipped 7+ real implementations so far, picked up 9 Salesforce certifications along the way (including the Agentforce Specialist), and honestly can't stop thinking about what AI agents can do inside an org. Opencloudforce came out of that. I wanted a way for any Salesforce team to try this stuff without paying for yet another license.
